Hey guys, welcome back to my channel! Today’s video is going to be a little different because I’m going to be sharing with you the disaster that was my experience buying the Skims X Swarovski collaboration. So, let’s start from the beginning. When I first heard that Skims was teaming up with Swarovski for a special collection, I was beyond excited. I mean, Skims is known for their amazing quality and Swarovski crystals are always so sparkly and stunning. I knew I had to get my hands on some pieces from this collab.

On the day of the launch, I made sure to set my alarm early so I could be one of the first to shop the collection. As soon as the pieces went live on the Skims website, I quickly added a few items to my cart and checked out. I couldn’t wait for them to arrive so I could try them on and show them off on my Instagram.

However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when my package finally arrived. The first thing I noticed was that the packaging was damaged and the box looked like it had been through a war zone. I was a little concerned, but I brushed it off and opened the box to see the actual pieces.

As soon as I pulled out the items, I was shocked at the poor quality. The Swarovski crystals were not securely attached to the fabric and some of them had already fallen off. The stitching was sloppy and uneven, and the fabric itself felt cheap and flimsy. I couldn’t believe that I had spent so much money on these pieces and they looked like they came from a discount store.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to Skims customer service to voice my concerns. However, getting a response from them was a nightmare. I emailed them multiple times and even tried reaching out on social media, but I never received a satisfactory answer. It seemed like they didn’t care about my concerns or the fact that their products were not up to par.

After weeks of back and forth with customer service, I finally decided to just return the items and move on. I was disappointed that I didn’t get to experience the beauty of the Skims X Swarovski collaboration, but I couldn’t justify keeping pieces that were such poor quality.

Overall, my experience buying the Skims X Swarovski collaboration was a complete disaster. From the damaged packaging to the low-quality items to the lack of customer service, it was a letdown from start to finish. I hope that Skims takes this feedback into consideration for future collaborations and works on improving their quality control and customer service.
