Hey there everyone, welcome back to my channel! Today, I am so excited to bring you a review of the FitBeast resistance bands, along with a full body workout using these amazing products. I have been using resistance bands in my workouts for quite some time now, and I have to say, the FitBeast bands are truly a game-changer.

Let’s start with the packaging. When I received my FitBeast resistance bands, I was impressed with the quality of the packaging. The bands came neatly packaged in a compact carry bag, making them convenient to take with me wherever I go. The bands themselves were also of high quality, made of durable latex material that felt strong and sturdy.

One of the things I love about the FitBeast resistance bands is the variety that comes in the set. There are five bands in total, each offering a different level of resistance. This allows for customization in my workouts, so I can easily adjust the intensity based on my fitness level and goals. The bands range from extra light to extra heavy, providing a wide range of options for different muscle groups and exercises.

Another great feature of the FitBeast resistance bands is the versatility they offer in terms of exercises. Whether you are looking to target your upper body, lower body, or core, these bands have got you covered. From bicep curls to squats to planks, the possibilities are endless with these bands. Plus, the bands come with a door anchor and ankle straps, allowing for even more exercise variations.

Now, let’s dive into a full body workout using the FitBeast resistance bands. I will take you through a series of exercises targeting each major muscle group, so you can get a taste of what these bands are capable of.

1. Squats with Resistance Bands

Start by placing the resistance band around your thighs, just above your knees. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, toes slightly turned out. Lower down into a squat, keeping your chest up and core engaged. As you push back up to the starting position, focus on pushing against the resistance of the band. Repeat for 15 reps.

This exercise targets your quads, glutes, and hamstrings, while also engaging your core and stabilizing muscles.

2. Bicep Curls with Resistance Bands

Step on the resistance band with both feet, holding the handles in each hand. Keep your elbows tucked in by your sides and curl your hands up towards your shoulders, squeezing your biceps at the top of the movement. Slowly lower back down to the starting position. Repeat for 12 reps.

This exercise targets your biceps, but also engages your forearms and shoulders for a full arm workout.

3. Leg Press with Resistance Bands

Anchor the resistance band to a sturdy object behind you, such as a door or pole. Sit on the ground with your back against the anchor point, knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Press your legs out in front of you, extending fully and squeezing your quads at the top of the movement. Slowly release back to the starting position. Repeat for 12 reps.

This exercise mimics a traditional leg press machine, targeting your quads, hamstrings, and glutes.

4. Plank with Resistance Bands

Wrap the resistance band around your wrists and get into a plank position on your forearms. Keep your core engaged and back flat, while pushing against the resistance of the band. Hold for 30 seconds, focusing on maintaining good form throughout.

This exercise not only targets your core, but also engages your shoulders, chest, and back for a full body workout.

5. Tricep Extensions with Resistance Bands

Step on the resistance band with one foot, holding the handle in the opposite hand. Raise your arm overhead, keeping your elbow close to your head. Extend your arm fully, feeling the resistance in your triceps. Slowly release back to the starting position. Repeat for 12 reps on each arm.

This exercise targets your triceps, but also engages your shoulders and upper back for a well-rounded upper body workout.

After completing this full body workout using the FitBeast resistance bands, I can confidently say that these bands are a game-changer in my fitness routine. The variety of resistance levels, ease of use, and versatility in exercises make them a must-have for anyone looking to level up their workouts.

I highly recommend the FitBeast resistance bands to anyone looking to add a new element to their fitness routine. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, these bands will challenge you in new ways and help you achieve your fitness goals.
