Afghan Bridal Makeup Tutorial 2018 in Farsi/Dari

Hey everyone! Today I am so excited to show you how to create a beautiful Afghan bridal makeup look for 2018. This tutorial will be in Farsi/Dari, so that all of my fellow Persian speakers can follow along easily. Let’s start with a clean, moisturized face. I have already prepped my skin with a hydrating primer to ensure that my makeup stays put all day and night. Now, I will begin by applying a full coverage foundation that matches my skin tone. Remember, for bridal makeup it is important to use a long-lasting and high coverage foundation to create a flawless base.

Next, I will move on to concealer. I will apply a concealer that is a shade lighter than my foundation under my eyes, on any blemishes, and on the high points of my face to highlight. Make sure to blend the concealer well for a seamless finish.

Now, onto setting the base. I will use a loose translucent powder to set my foundation and concealer in place. This step is crucial to ensure that your makeup stays in place and does not crease throughout the day. I will also lightly dust a pressed powder all over my face to mattify and set the rest of my makeup.

For the eyes, I will start by filling in my eyebrows with a brow pencil. I will shape my brows to frame my face and enhance my natural features. Next, I will apply a neutral eyeshadow all over my lid as a base. Then, I will add a darker shade in the outer corner and crease to create depth and dimension.

Now, it’s time for eyeliner. I will create a classic winged eyeliner look with a black gel liner. I will carefully line my upper lash line and create a wing at the outer corner for a dramatic effect. To finish off the eyes, I will apply several coats of mascara to my top and bottom lashes for volume and length.

For the cheeks, I will apply a rosy blush to the apples of my cheeks for a natural flush of color. Blush is important for adding dimension to the face and giving a youthful glow. To highlight, I will apply a shimmery highlighter to the high points of my face such as the cheekbones, brow bone, and cupid’s bow.

Finally, for the lips, I will line and fill in my lips with a nude lip liner. Then, I will apply a matte lipstick in a rosy pink shade for a soft and romantic finish. You can also add a gloss if you prefer a more shiny look.
