Hey guys, welcome back to my channel! Today, I’m going to show you how to do an outer thigh stretch as part of a sexy legs workout routine. This stretch is great for targeting the outer thighs, also known as the abductors, and can help improve flexibility and prevent injury. So let’s get started!

First, find a comfortable mat or soft surface to lay on. Lie on your back with both legs straight out in front of you. Keep your arms by your sides and relax your upper body.

Next, bring your right leg up towards your chest. Place your hands behind your thigh and gently pull the leg towards you, keeping it straight. You should feel a stretch on the outside of your thigh. Hold this position for about 30 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the stretch.

Now, slowly lower your right leg back down and repeat the stretch on the left side. Bring your left leg up towards your chest, hold onto your thigh, and gently pull the leg towards you. Remember to keep your leg straight and feel the stretch in the outer thigh. Hold for 30 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the stretch.

After stretching both legs individually, you can also do a stretch that targets both outer thighs at the same time. Bring both legs up towards your chest and hold onto your thighs. Gently pull both legs towards you, keeping them straight. You should feel a stretch on both sides of your thighs. Hold for 30 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the stretch.

Remember to always listen to your body and never push yourself too hard. It’s important to stretch regularly and gradually increase the intensity of your stretches over time. Stretching can help improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and prevent injury.
