First up, we have a regular sponge. I dip one side of the sponge in water and leave the other side dry. Then, I squeeze the sponge to see how much water it can absorb in each state. Next, we have a piece of paper. I soak one half in water and leave the other half dry. Then, I apply a heat source to both sides to see which one dries faster. Now, let’s move on to a more interesting object – a toy car. I place one toy car in a bowl of water and leave another toy car on a dry surface. After that, we have a plant. I water one plant regularly and let the other plant go without water. Lastly, we have a piece of fabric. I spray one side with water and leave the other side dry. Then, I place a heavy object on both sides to see which one can hold up better.
