First off, let me explain what HTV is for those of you who may not be familiar. HTV stands for heat transfer vinyl, and it’s a material that you can use to customize clothing and accessories using a heat press or an iron. It’s a fun and easy way to add your own unique touch to your wardrobe.

When I first heard about Politape’s Clear Glitter HTV, I was intrigued. I love all things sparkly, so the idea of being able to add glitter to my projects without the mess of loose glitter was definitely appealing. Once everything was ready to go, I placed the Clear Glitter HTV on my t-shirt, covered it with a Teflon sheet, and pressed it with my heat press. After the designated time had passed, I removed the Teflon sheet and peeled away the clear backing of the HTV. And let me tell you, the results were stunning!

The glitter on the Clear Glitter HTV really shone through on the white fabric, creating a beautiful and eye-catching design. It was so easy to use and the end result looked very professional. I was beyond thrilled with how it turned out.

But the fun didn’t stop there. I wanted to test out the versatility of the Clear Glitter HTV, so I decided to try it on a denim jacket as well. I cut out a different design, prepped the jacket, and applied the HTV using my heat press. And once again, the glitter on the Clear Glitter HTV looked amazing against the denim fabric.

I was really impressed with how well the Clear Glitter HTV adhered to both the t-shirt and the denim jacket. It didn’t peel or crack, even after multiple washes. The quality of the product definitely exceeded my expectations.

Not only is Politape’s Clear Glitter HTV easy to use and durable, but it’s also a great way to upcycle old clothing and give them a fresh new look. I love the idea of taking something old and turning it into something new and trendy with just a little bit of creativity and some glittery vinyl.
