Holiday MakeUp Series: Gold Glitter, Hot Pink Lips and Lush Lashes

Hey everyone, welcome back to my YouTube channel! Today, I’m super excited to share with you all my Holiday MakeUp Series video featuring a stunning gold glitter eye look, hot pink lips, and lush lashes. This look is perfect for any holiday party or event, and will definitely make you stand out in the crowd. So, grab your makeup brushes and let’s get started!

To start off, I’m going to begin by creating a flawless base for our makeup look. I’ve already prepped my skin with some moisturizer and primer, so now I’m going to apply my favorite foundation using a blending sponge. I like to start in the center of my face and blend outwards to ensure an even coverage. Once my foundation is all blended in, I’m going to apply some concealer under my eyes to brighten up any dark circles and on any blemishes or imperfections.

Next, it’s time to move on to the eyes! I’m going to start by priming my eyelids to ensure that our eyeshadow stays in place all night long. Then, I’m going to apply a shimmery gold eyeshadow all over my lid using a flat eyeshadow brush. I like to pack on the color to really make it pop, and then blend out the edges with a fluffy blending brush for a seamless finish.

Now comes the fun part – the glitter! I’m going to take a gold glitter eyeshadow and apply it to the center of my lid using a small detailing brush. I like to lightly tap the glitter on to prevent fallout, and build up the intensity until I’m happy with how it looks. Trust me, this step really takes the look to the next level and adds a festive touch!

For some added drama, I’m going to create a winged eyeliner look using a gel eyeliner and an angled brush. I like to start from the outer corner of my eye and flick the liner outwards to create a wing. Once I’m happy with the shape, I’ll go back in and fill in any gaps to make sure the liner is bold and defined. This step really helps to elongate the eyes and give a more polished finish.

To finish off the eyes, I’m going to apply some false lashes for extra flair. I like to trim my lashes to fit my eye shape, then apply some lash glue and gently press them onto my natural lashes. Once the glue has dried, I’ll go back in with some mascara to blend my natural lashes with the falsies and add some volume. This step really makes your eyes pop and completes the whole look.

Now, let’s move on to the lips! I’m going to apply a bright hot pink lipstick to complement the gold tones on the eyes. I like to use a lip brush to get a precise application and build up the color to my desired intensity. Hot pink lips are always a statement, and add a fun and playful element to the look.

Finally, I’m going to set everything in place with a setting spray to ensure that our makeup lasts all night long. I like to hold the bottle about arms-length away from my face and spritz a few times to lock everything in. This step really helps to keep your makeup looking fresh and vibrant, even after dancing the night away!
