Hey everyone! Welcome back to my channel for another exciting episode of VLOGMAS. In today’s video, I’ll be sharing with you all my updated review of the Fitbit SENSE after using it for 2 months. So, let’s jump right into it!

First and foremost, let me start by saying that I have been a long-time fan of Fitbit products. I have owned various models over the years, but the SENSE has definitely caught my attention for its advanced features and sleek design. When I first got my hands on the SENSE, I was impressed by its modern look and comfortable fit on my wrist. The build quality is top-notch, and the display is bright and easy to read even in direct sunlight.

One of the standout features of the Fitbit SENSE is its EDA sensor, which measures your body’s response to stress through changes in your skin’s sweat levels. This feature has been incredibly helpful for me in managing my stress levels and taking a step back when I need to. The guided breathing exercises that accompany the EDA scan have been a game-changer for me, allowing me to relax and refocus my mind in times of stress.

Another feature of the SENSE that I have found to be extremely useful is the built-in GPS. As someone who enjoys outdoor workouts and runs, having accurate GPS tracking on my wrist has been a huge plus. I no longer have to carry my phone with me to track my routes, and the SENSE’s GPS accuracy has been spot on in my testing.

One of the biggest improvements that Fitbit has made with the SENSE is in its heart rate monitoring capabilities. The SENSE now includes an ECG app that allows you to take an on-demand electrocardiogram to assess your heart rhythm for signs of atrial fibrillation. This is a crucial feature for those with heart conditions or those looking to monitor their heart health more closely.

Fitbit has also introduced a new feature called the Stress Management Score, which takes into account factors such as sleep, activity, and heart rate variability to give you a daily score on your stress levels. This has been a helpful tool for me in understanding how my lifestyle choices impact my stress levels and making adjustments accordingly.

In terms of battery life, the Fitbit SENSE has been impressive. I have been able to go multiple days without needing to charge it, even with constant use of features like GPS tracking and heart rate monitoring. The SENSE also charges quickly, so I’m never without my device for long.

Overall, my experience with the Fitbit SENSE has been overwhelmingly positive. The advanced features, accurate tracking capabilities, and sleek design have made it a staple in my everyday life. If you’re in the market for a new fitness tracker that does it all, I highly recommend giving the Fitbit SENSE a try.
