Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel! Today I am going to be sharing with you all my lip care routine along with some DIY lip scrubs that I love to use. Taking care of your lips is just as important as taking care of the rest of your skin, so I always make sure to give my lips some extra love and attention.

Let’s start off with my lip care routine. I like to keep things simple when it comes to taking care of my lips, so I only use a few key products on a daily basis. First, I always make sure to exfoliate my lips at least once a week to get rid of any dead skin cells and keep them looking smooth and soft. I’ll go into more detail about the DIY lip scrubs I use later on in this video.

After exfoliating, I like to apply a hydrating lip balm to keep my lips moisturized throughout the day. I prefer using lip balms that are made with natural ingredients like shea butter and coconut oil, as they tend to be more nourishing and gentle on the lips. I always keep a lip balm in my purse so that I can reapply throughout the day whenever my lips start to feel dry.

In addition to exfoliating and moisturizing, I also make sure to protect my lips from the sun by using a lip balm with SPF whenever I’m going to be spending a lot of time outside. Just like the rest of your skin, your lips can get sunburned too, so it’s important to give them some extra protection from the harmful UV rays.

Now, let’s move on to some DIY lip scrubs that I like to make at home. I love using homemade lip scrubs because they are all-natural and super easy to customize to fit my specific lip care needs. Plus, they are much more affordable than store-bought lip scrubs, and I find that they work just as well, if not better.

One of my favorite DIY lip scrubs is a simple sugar scrub made with just three ingredients: sugar, coconut oil, and honey. To make this scrub, I mix together 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, and 1 teaspoon of honey in a small bowl until it forms a paste. Then, I gently massage the scrub onto my lips in circular motions for about a minute before rinsing it off with warm water.

This sugar scrub not only exfoliates my lips, but it also helps to hydrate and nourish them thanks to the moisturizing properties of coconut oil and honey. I love using this scrub whenever my lips are feeling particularly dry or chapped, as it always leaves them feeling smooth and soft afterwards.

Another DIY lip scrub that I like to use is a coffee scrub made with coffee grounds, coconut oil, and a bit of cinnamon. Coffee grounds are great for exfoliating the lips and helping to improve circulation, while coconut oil and cinnamon are both known for their skin-benefiting properties.

To make this scrub, I simply mix together 1 tablespoon of coffee grounds, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, and a pinch of cinnamon in a small bowl. I then gently massage the scrub onto my lips in circular motions for about a minute before rinsing it off with warm water. Not only does this scrub leave my lips feeling soft and smooth, but it also gives them a nice plumped-up appearance thanks to the stimulative effects of the coffee and cinnamon.

Overall, I love incorporating DIY lip scrubs into my lip care routine because they are easy to make, effective, and fun to use. Plus, they are a great way to pamper yourself and give your lips some extra TLC without breaking the bank. I highly recommend trying out some of these DIY lip scrubs for yourself and seeing the amazing benefits they can have on your lips.
