5 MINUTE MAKEUP CHALLENGE with Maryam Remias at Ipsy Open Studios

Hey guys, it’s Maryam Remias here and today I’m going to take on the 5 Minute Makeup Challenge at the Ipsy Open Studios. I’m super excited to see if I can beat the clock and create a fabulous look in just five minutes. Let’s get started!

As the timer starts, I quickly grab my foundation and start applying it all over my face. I make sure to blend it out seamlessly to create a flawless base. Next, I move on to concealer to cover up any blemishes and dark circles. I pat it in with my fingers and blend it out with a sponge for a natural finish.

With just a few minutes left on the clock, I reach for my trusty eyeshadow palette and start creating a simple yet glamorous eye look. I sweep a shimmering bronze shade all over my lids and deepen the crease with a matte brown. I finish off the eyes with a coat of mascara and a quick flick of eyeliner.

Time is ticking, but I’m not going to let that stop me from completing my makeup routine. I quickly fill in my brows with a brow pencil and set them in place with a clear brow gel. I then add a pop of color to my cheeks with a pink blush and highlight my cheekbones with a golden highlighter.

With just seconds left, I grab a bold lipstick and swipe it on my lips. I give myself a quick once-over in the mirror and check to make sure everything is blended and in place. I can’t believe I managed to complete my makeup look in just five minutes!

As I take a closer look at my finished makeup, I’m pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. Despite the time crunch, I was able to create a polished and put-together look that I would be proud to wear out. The 5 Minute Makeup Challenge was definitely a fun and exciting experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to test their makeup skills under pressure.

Overall, I had a blast participating in the challenge at the Ipsy Open Studios. It was a great opportunity to push myself out of my comfort zone and see what I could accomplish in just a few short minutes.
