Hello everyone! Today, I want to talk to you about two creative quarantine props that have been keeping me entertained and active during this challenging time. The small ball and the pillow may seem like mundane household items, but with a little bit of imagination, they can be transformed into tools for fun and exercise.

Let’s start with the small ball. I have a small rubber ball that I found lying around in my home, and it has quickly become one of my favorite quarantine props. There are so many ways you can use a small ball to stay active and engaged, whether you’re alone or with your family.

One of my favorite activities with the small ball is juggling. Juggling is a great way to improve hand-eye coordination and concentration, and it’s a fun challenge to see how many times you can keep the ball in the air. If you’re new to juggling, start with two balls and gradually work your way up to three or more. It’s a great way to pass the time and improve your skills.

Another fun game you can play with a small ball is wall ball. Find a solid wall in your home or outside, and take turns throwing the ball against the wall and catching it. You can change up the rules to keep it interesting, like adding a bounce before catching the ball or limiting the number of bounces allowed. It’s a great way to get moving and challenge your reflexes.

Now, let’s talk about the pillow. The humble pillow may seem like a sleepy prop, but it can be used in creative ways to spice up your quarantine routine. One of my favorite activities with a pillow is pillow fighting. Yes, you heard me right – pillow fighting! Grab a pillow, find a willing opponent (whether it’s a family member or a pet), and have a friendly pillow fight. It’s a great way to let off steam and have some lighthearted fun.

Another fun activity you can do with a pillow is pillow yoga. Lay a pillow on the floor and use it as a cushion for your knees or elbows during yoga poses. It adds an extra element of comfort and challenge to your practice, and it’s a great way to mix things up and keep your routine fresh. You can also try using a pillow as a prop for stretching or relaxation exercises, like placing it under your back for a gentle backbend or using it to support your head during meditation.

Both the small ball and the pillow are versatile props that can add a new dimension to your quarantine routine. Whether you’re looking to stay active, have fun, or simply pass the time, these props can help you stay engaged and entertained. So, grab a small ball or a pillow, get creative, and see what fun activities you can come up with!

I hope this article has inspired you to try out some new activities with these creative quarantine props. Stay safe, stay active, and keep your creativity flowing during this challenging time. Remember, even the smallest props can lead to big fun!
